BASIC YOGA: This class focuses on breathe (pranayama), building the foundation of the poses (asana), alignment and body awareness. This class is suited for those new to yoga and experienced practitioners.
FLOW YOGA: This energizing class includes vinyasa flow (linking poses and breathe), some intermediate - advanced poses and inversions. This class is appropriate for yogis with some experience and athletes with body awareness.
YIN YOGA: Passive poses held for a 3-5 minutes to promote health and healing by opening the energy channels in the body.
