Elena Chance and Jody Reece met several years ago through yoga classes offered by Cathy Strang, 500 ERYT. Their paths have crossed from time to time over the years. In 2010 they came together once again. Both shared the vision of opening a studio dedicated to yoga. They took the plunge and are making their vision, a reality. The space they have chosen is serene and inviting. They invite you to visit the Groundwork Yoga, to grow your practice and breathe.
Groundwork Yoga offers a variety of daily classes with qualified instructors in an environmentally conscious studio.
